To Tears

To Tears

I brought her to tears.
It’s not what I want to do.
I feel that I broke her,
And I’m broken too.

How do we get us back;
To find ourselves again?
There’s an awkward thing now;
A shame that’s insane.

The makeup was hot and dirty,
a grudge and a love.
Can we go back,
And fit like a glove?

I’m sorry for that.
Thrown stones can’t return.
It’s part of our trip;
To live and to learn.

Wow what a wonderfully written poem about living and learning. I enjoyed the time that is insane as well as the concept that is the path we are meant to break. Insanity.
