To Restore Your Equilibrium

Dearest Elizabeth
so sorry for to hear
of your dreadful plight
to my eyes brings a tear

A shocking thing to happen
just out of the blue
so sending good vibes
upon a moonbeam for you

Just spoken to Aunt Liz
who gave a comprehensive overview
she said your pain is so severe
if only we could come and help
relieve your pain
and wipe your tears
if only we could help you dear
by being there
by being near

I'm sure dear Bryan
and sweet daughter too
plus Catherine and friends
will look after you

In the meantime dearest Lizzie
keep your mind and soul busy
try to focus on your pain
visualizing as it leaves your body
to return from whence it came

Each day 
as your strength 
and your spirit is gained 
you will start to feel good
get back to normal again

I know your spirits strong
belief in Angels for so long
so call them up sweet poet
to restore your equilibrium
as one by one the
Angels
send your pain into oblivion
and before too long
you’ll begin to feel
healthy ~ fit ~ and oh so strong…

Written 8th August 2019 - may these words lift you high, up into to the sky…

Written for a dear friend and poet after a very nasty fall...
