To my love
When I had no one to speak to
You were there when no one listened
My words
The emotions
My excitement
The tears
My happiness
The fear
All wrapped in one
When inside I felt like I was done
You've held me down
You opened me up
To a different world
I couldn't get enough
Where I could express
You would listen
No judgement
Or criticism
Everything I want to say
Without you I'm lost
You help me remain a force
We explore the world together
You understand me better
I am everything I am today
