To My Beloved
Have written you a letter beloved,
but I must read it to your engraved name.
Without you my life is just not the same!
Oh, why did you have to leave me alone?
It was God's will- your destiny written,
our time was so short but you gave me much;
you opened my mind and heart with your touch,
you changed me from a shy girl made of stone.
Encouraged me to wander paths unknown,
to let my pen bleed the words in my heart;
our sweet love will never truly depart,
all your love left within me will be shown.
Can you kiss my rosy lips with the rain?
Never Love- will I let go of this pain!
