How hard is the letting go when it’s all you know Shadows under ice One Wrong Step Cracks become fissures to fall through Shadow black eyes No Sleep Tonight Dark steps pacing in the shadow-land Despair a choke-hold Run Let Go

Some people and I will not include me because it is obvious to anyone who knows me that it does include me - have a difficult time letting go. I had to let go of something today that I did not realize I wash holding on to. Not my choice, and I had to take a nap to get over it and let it go. And I had to change my attitude a little bit. I think I am ready now. This poem is so well done, Jeanne. Perfect!

I think taking a nap is a great idea to reset an attitude...I'll try that next time!
