To Irritate, Yeah

Please may I be abrupt, it's the nature of this beast
Especially with ones wine, it's the fuelling of thine feast

Well, I'm a man, so let me make my start
I'm prone to erupt, no anger, but simply fart

To also roar I can, with an incredible furore
Dare to be awoken, I'm now like childish sore

I've also been known to gurn, about the slightest thing
C'mon, I'm just a man, what more can I bring

Moaning yes, I can't do this, moaning, I can't do that
I'm starting to believe, I'm a useless male diplomat

So what can I do to irritate you, and be just who I am
Ha ha, your only joking, it's simply poetic scam!

a very different poem dealing with flatulence and other unfriendly fire! Interestingly written to say the least.

Hey, James, would you mind if I use that "eruption" line in a little birthday booklet I'm making for some friends? Hope that's okay.

Dear James, What a delight to read your words again! You had me laughing out loud with "I'm prone to erupt, no anger, but simply fart." As I recall, you always were a "diplomat" when things went sour on the Soup. I haven't been well, so I'm planning a "bucket list" trip to the U.K. in October. One of two gals may join me, but if not, I'm going alone. Hope you are well and happy now, dear friend. Love always, Carolyn (same old email address)

Like the humor --some are mellow and some have a short fuse that needs defusing. HA HA.

From what I read here, you may have a personality very much like my brother's. I agree with Dr. Ram, this is a good very light and humorous write.
