To Heal a Heart
I feel your pain, as I see you stare
Of your anger, sorrow, frustration, I am aware
Yet on the sidelines I stand, unable to lend a hand
If I could take away your heartache, I would
This journey is yours, so no-one should
But walk with you I can and will, together we may climb this hill
Reach deep within to know what’s right
Reach deep within to gain insight
For you alone can decide, you alone must abide
What happens happens, it may seem real
But you determine how you feel
You alone hold the power to start to heal your heart.
