To Break a Heart: Where Love Once Flowed

The worst thing you can do is break a heart Memories shared suddenly turn dull A head filled with confusion and many thoughts Nothing seems right or fits in place Wishing it was all a dream but it lingers over your head Trust once there now gone no way to be what it once was The pain seeps in making a person more on guard always keeping their wall up To restrain from attatching and catching feelings Nothing could be worse than when you do it The feel of blame for which you placed on yourself Never break what holds happiness together For without it nothing will ever replace the piece that's missing I am nothing without my better half I need both halves to be complete
