To Be Happy

to be happy
one must find
a balance of things
unseen
enough stress
to be stimulated
without being
irritated
one must be challenged
but not to the point
of dismay
one must have goals
that are attainable
and one must have
dreams and visions
to pursue

and

one needs
a greater power than
humanity
to lean on.
