Listen to poem:

To All the Children of the World

You are worth more than you know
Like precious pearls upon His hand
He'll guide footprints in the sand
Like fragile plants that strive to grow
You each have your divine,
Direction you must go
And in the end you'll find
But, in retrospect you'll know
It doesn't matter what is said
Or done with passion so.
He will keep you in His heart
And His love for you shall grow.
Now don't be sad, nor show fear
In world of dismal times
There just one thing to keep in mind
That he is always near.

Another wonderful write Jerry although I am not surprised. I love your work, it always has such passion no matter what it is you write about. This poem is wonderful and a delight to read. Children are the sufferer of innocence in this world and we the protectors or should be. Thanks for sharing. A 7 for me and another Fav.

G'day Jerry... it doesn't take too many lines to create a poem that is so meaningful. It breaks my heart to see kids the world over being victims of war and starvation. Thank you Jerry - Lindsay
