To
To let go of someone
Is a hard thing to do
While being reminded
Of all that you’ve been through
Moving on without them
Seems devastating to face
Leaving a love behind
That none will ever replace
To try keeping something
That is no longer there
May end up being fatal
No matter how much you care
To let go of a love
Is sometimes what’s best
Life has its reasons
For giving you this test
