Tired So Tired

I’m tired so tired

Energy is now redundant

I can’t move from my fortress bed

I just can’t take a step out of this safe shelter

My thoughts are slow and stuck behind my body

I’m all curled up and unclean

I have neglected myself again

How can I rise above this lethargy?

Motivate myself from this state of my mind and shell

Devious tiredness I can’t escape you

If this is a Bio, I hope that you find the courage and strength to move beyond this state. Life is too short. Good luck to you David.
