Tired

Half-conscious I stumble down the halls,
I open my eyes as I smack into a wall.

Sitting on the ground thinking of the breakfast I skipped,
I get up, look at my homework, it's ripped.

I drag myself to Math, already falling asleep,
I reach my chair and the announcement beeps.

"Stand for the anthem!" Someone says,
"Why?" I moan.
It's 8:50 and I want to go home.

True, these are the feelings of a tired student. Nice piece.
