Tired
Lost in pride ive lied to myself
The words bounce off my ears
Like a feather floating in the air
Following the trail of my tears
Thoughts raddle, creek, slither and moan
Coming alive as they become stone
Threw before me in anger as love is dismissed
In a book of fairy tails remain what Ive wished
A simple concept to project but never to accept
That belonging to somewhere, someone effect
This walking placebo is tired of the tests
That erode my dreams with misery and regret
Just wishing for a end, simply wither away
Eyes sewn shut with half-dollar smiles
No more lies no more tries
Simply ...cash in my miles
