Timing
A red rising sun like a fireball on the horizon
Ushers in a warm humid day
Slowly it inches its way up, changes colors
Welcomes all to come play
The roosters excited voices toll out their cock-a-doodle-do
While cooing Doves welcome the sun highlighting sky's blue
One lone crow caws out atop a Georgia Pine
As the sun changes to clear illumination
Right aligned with the Master's time
Has my timing met the Master's
Did my clock strike-out on its own
Yes, it did at times leaving Him all alone
He waited with arms wide open
Welcomed me back into the fold
An erring child welcomed
That He dressed in the finest purple robe
