Times Like This
It's times like this
when we're apart
soul of my heart
I choose to reminisce.
I say 'I love you'
You always ask why..
'because you're you'
I reply in kind.
Yes, you're loved in sunlight,
adored in sweet moonlight's kiss
forever is never long enough
for all moments like this.
Have to stay dear, work for awhile
but honey I'm making a list..
forever in days lost in that smile
yeah, it's times like this,
you're missed.
