Time's Calling

Tic Tok, days are numbered before death
Clock counting each second of breath
From sun up to moonlight chill of the air
Constant schedule to survive life's drama
Beep, beep, beep, time's calling wake up
Before dawn my eyes care not to thrive
Ambitious being once, now drained its thirst
Time, slowly fade like decaying carcass

Where is it time seems so fast
We grow so quickly a child from past
Days longer, now feel to be short
Has the world turn fast as one's heart
Tilt into evolution of unknown depths of the abyss
Since dawn of time was ever known
Creatures of historical significant to their being
And where did mankind appear from the blue
As if crawled from a rock, time's calling
As the day of future is at hand
A universal world older than all us together
Life's time span, an exquisite astonishment

Space, frontier to knowledge and understanding
Our own heart, desires to be a part of
To revolutionize a being, life of robots
But our own we do not prioritize living
Just existence of our prints to rot
How is it such creation exist to be
But our own destruction from land to sea
Time's calling, do we answer the ring
Or continue to do as we do, take from life our achievements
Over population society of opinionated belief
And a greed for life where money rules, you're just a pawn
Time's calling, new nation to what existence we kill all
