Time To Do More
If I have the time to do more for God’s glory
I zoom toward faith-venture’s pleasure
Ministering with bliss, devoid of distress pressure
Sharing blessings, vanquishing selfishness’ misery.
By the Sovereign Lord’s prudent leadership
I’ll advocate for a peace-driven, loving kingdom
Along multiplication of families with righteous wisdom
Exhorting homes to abound in compassionate partnership.
Aiding special kids toward their transformation lift
I'll assist them and their parents for joyous empowerment
Helping children fulfill their best despite impairment
Effectively-propelled to optimize Creator’s gift.
Neither whimsical wish nor capricious fantasy
Being generous and caring I want to exercise
Grateful to experience such against vanity’s device
Smiting perilous greediness' bankruptcy.
Maximizing time, I’ll fulfill my heart’s desire
With the Lord’s miraculous might
Doing my utmost in His wondrous sight
Clinging to Christ’s strength* ‘til I retire.
*Philippians 4:13 I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.
