The Whiskey Taster’s Flavor Guide

Time Stood Still

The clock ticks
Yet the hand will not move
I want to run but can't
Time stood still
Yet I feel I hear tick tick tick
Tick
Time stand still
It can't it won't
My mind is stuck
This pain to great to bear
The clock ticks yet time
Stood me still
The pain I cannot bear
Time will not heal
So stuck in time
Stuck in pain
Why because I don't want to feel this pain

"time will not heal" - this is a very interesting concept. I am pondering this, and wondering what has caused such pain. Thank you for this poem. It is making me think and wonder
