Time Moves On

Time moves on and I say nothing,
The words frozen on my lips,
Burning in my heart.
Only being able to take small sips,
I wait for the right moment,
To tell you we have fallen apart.
But there is no comment,
I leave in silence,
Knowing there will be no violence.
Slamming the door shut,
Feeling nauseous in my gut,
Crying the last tear,
Dreading of all the last fear.
