Time is no Barrier
On high, across the land and out to sea
The mist of time will stay, and cast a veil
Your love and thoughts alone, will drift to me
No walls or words will stop, or help prevail
To keep our love apart, so they shall see
The up's and down's of life and death, we sail
A chance meeting as eyes did gaze, passion!
From morn till night, surpassed by lies so vile
Poisonous words spoken quite violently
Others whisper advice, to wait awhile
To those we say, although, reluctantly
Alone in hand we’ll walk along the aisle.
In time, we hope we will instil, no doubt
To those who care, is that, our love’s devout.
