Never heard of "dandelion clocks"? However, before last week's big blizzard, there were a few dandelions in blown where there was still a patch of green grass! Hardy flowers I'd say. I, too, have written several small poems about this flower, and a few longer ones, mostly about lawn-lovers who hate them. / M

Those dande lions can be fierce! I did enjoy blowing and waching the seeds flow through the air when I was a kid.

I like dandy lions. Do you remember when they mentioned them in The Wizard of OZ? I think it was the Lion who mentioned them.
