Time Cannot Erase
My mind reels through your last days love
Helpless we were to do anything but pray
Through my selfish tears I let you go
No cure no treatment nothing to say
My dearest friend you were to me
Impossible to ever replace again
But my love to know you suffer no more
Everlasting sleep until the end
Your transformation was so severe
Healthy and full to skin and bone
But your soul remained strong love
Irregardless of the damage being done
I know you are listening to me my love
To these words I write for you
No one can ever Take your place
In this earthly world I bid you adeiu’
