'till Time Is No More

'till time is no more
I will glide upon
grace granted and measured
out to the rhythm
of the celestial spheres
within the conflux of
the creator's peculiar light
which cleaves betwixt particles
to penetrates beneath the surface
of this crystalized cardiac
and exposes the sculpture
of the master craftsman
the great lion tears
scales from blind justice
which fall moldering upon
the carven image they
once represented
at a roar the firmaments
are rent as
an obsolete contract
grace granted and measured

Beautiful. I especially liked, 'at a roar the firmaments are rent'. The whole thing reads so... majestically and is so 'Old-Testamenty'! Good to hear from you!

You are very kind Andrew. I wrote this one as a challenge. I was given the first line and then had to make something of it. This one kind of just wrote itself once I got the first couple of lines down. It was a fun one to do. Thanks for taking the time to read and comment.
