Tightrope
i'm walkin that tightrope between light and dark...desperation and hope...
one inch away from the funeral home
i'm walkin that tightrope between love and hate...beautiful flowers wrapped and warped in bloody barb wire...where fools conspire and sets sparks to fire
i'm walkin that tightrope between heaven and hell...one false move and time will forever tell the tale...convicted and condemned...crime after crime and sin after sin
i'm walkin that tightrope between beauty and beast...two forces fightning...spining and spewing like the cold and the heat
i'm walkin that tightrope between wrong and right..i stay conflicted and confounded...in the middle of the road...sqaushed like a bug...lost and all alone
i'm walkin that tightrope like dr. jeckyl and mr.hyde...wherever i run my mind soon finds
i'm walkin that tightrope between the the breath of life and the slow death choke...
all I see is smoke ...no longer can i juggle...no longer can i struggle...i fall freely to my fate
God catches me and keeps me safe
still walkin that tightrope only thinking of today
