Tiger, Tiger
TIGER, TIGER
Our only cat was
a serial killer.
First visit to vet
“Please do not
bring him back”.
Channeled the purr
of a cougar,
low growl
of a tiger.
Tolerated the dog.
Attacked sleeping
restless feet.
He still stalks
the gardens
of my mind.
