Through The Mirror

Just an ordinary girl
Eyes a deep brown with hues of gold.
Hair dark and bold as freshly brewed coffee.
Skin a medium beige, that soaks up the sun rays like water.
A smile, warm and welcoming
Lips heart-shaped with a natural rosy tint, and a Cupid's bow lingering right above.
Petite in height with curves at her chest, stomach, hips, and thighs.
Tattoos scattered along her body, just as a passport marking where you have been.
Just an ordinary girl, staring back at her in the mirror.

oh, wow...this poem resonated with me. The descriptive words and phrases made for an engaging read. Well done.
