Throne

This is plagiarism so everyone knows. The reason is the poem is taking another poem and changing the outcome of the poem. The original poem is called Foot Prints I think. It was a poem about someone walking down the beach talking to God. When they looked down and saw only one set of foot prints they asked God if he was really there. He replied " I carried you". That's the idea from the original poem. I took a different take on this poem not to belittle the great meaning but to show how man has changed now days. Enjoy ! As I walked down the beach and looked down I wondered why there was only one set of prints Had the Lord not walked with me? Was there not yet hints? Oh; I could see. Only God walks. He carries me. Half loches. I could ask of him I could go further I could learn I could even lurther Take me down the beach Lord Take me past my towel Past the seagulls Onward for the prowl Stop me for the vendor Lord Stop me for the treat Ice cream and candy bar taken for the heat On past the vendor Lord On past the gate Take me off the beach this day and home to meet my fate Put my car in neutral God Put my car in drive Steer me home to Ruther's Lane where other's see me thrive Tell them we are home Lord Put my car in park Tell them that it's laundry day and add in soap for spark Fold them when you can Lord Fold them side to side A never ending job Lord Better if you hide Glad you get along Lord Other wouldn't do Spin will take 3 minutes Is there any more you'll do? Blanket's for the cat Lord Wash it very good Wiskers has a rash Lord Help him if you could Offer him a treat Lord Say it's for the good He's not that bad a cat Lord Sorry if he could It's time to take the trash Lord Take it to the hood Walk it down the drive Lord Careful where it's stood I'll plan you out a day Lord Passion as you could Often I'm denied Lord Wonder why some should I'll need a better life Lord Run me up some grub Kitchen's on the left Lord Cumber for a hub I'll test you when you're done Lord Fries should be half crisp Wonder who'd need more Lord fried to be a lisp Often wondered why Lord You were never there Glad you stopped on by Lord Life was never fair All I have is you Lord Now I'm all alone Speak a little louder Lord Hard to feel the tone I wonder if you'll die Lord Home with me alone I wonder how we'll live Lord now that we're a throne
