Threefold Flame of Christ

The threefold flame of Christ keeps burning bright
Deep in our hearts sown as seed of our life
Its plumes flare as soothing fountain of light
Guards mind and soul when devil’s snare runs rife.

Threefold flame of Christ is a faithful friend
With trio-arms hugging our discernments~
God’s power, God’s wisdom and God’s love blend
For our Christian growth and empowerment.

God’s power sparks our strength and endurance
God’s wisdom directs our gifts of free-will
God’s love glows our compassion’s abundance
In our emptiness, His Trinity refills.

If we hold the grip of Christ’s threefold flame
We’ll not walk spiritually blind or lame.
