Thought Rested Awareness
the mind is forever busy
planning - doing - pushing
self absorbed
scattered
personality driven
to be soul driven
focus on the breath
slow down and empty the mind
to silence and stillness
allowing
e x p a n s i o n
of awareness
insights come
unbidden and dreamlike
from a place beyond time
connecting with the external and eternal
all-that-is
