One would like to say, if one was totally in Christ Consciousness mode, yes. But I doubt Putin has a soul, and the Russian military and mercenaries are not human...anymore.

Here now in third density, life goal is love enablement, fourth density or Ra One consciousness is universal mind, and fifth density is co-creation. Hmm … where are we, second density?
