Those We Love
Those we love don`t go away
They walk beside us everyday,
Night after night they trail our dreams,
Often times in midst of our screams;
In the solitude of the night
The smiles of their sweet face ignite,
Smiles of love so sincere and straight,
Of love now lost to whims of fate;
When we gaze at a mirror fair,
Mirror where they oft dressed their hair,
Their image before us appear
Without a single stamp of fear;
They seem to speak as still alive,
Care without them, how we survive
Guide us along the rightful way,
More, during darkness of the day;
Their cute voice echoes in our ears
As melodic music quite clear,
As sweet songs of larks on a tree
As the waves of a silent sea;
When we gaze at a bright full moon
We can eye our beloved soon;
Times reaching to hail their birthday,
They make their presence felt that day;
From the cerulean clear sky
Daily on us they cast their eyes,
From above, they transmit rose blooms
To embalm for a while our rooms;
At year`s end, dishes they relished,
To be served as tokens, they wish,
Their memories ever to shine
In our mind till runs out our time;
They wait on for our journey`s end
The wrathful whims of fate to mend
And yearn to meet us in the sky
Just side by side with them to lie.
