Those Slithering Serpents of World's Hidden Abyss

Those Slithering Serpents Of World's Hidden Abyss

Through pleasant meadows they slither and soft hiss
pushing down nubile flowers as they go
they of dark, giver of serpentine kiss,
sowers of blackest curse that hatred grows,
a malignant force, masquerading as Light
of corruptible hearts, beasts out of sight!

Lying in wait in fields of verdant grass
with long razor sharp teeth so quick to bite
seeking to inflict pain as victims pass,
secure in deceit, monsters of night,
a malignant force, masquerading as Light
of corruptible hearts, beasts out of sight!

Within deep shadows they dance, curse and play
waiting for another target to slash
full of darkness, fearful of light of day,
with blades of hate, cutting a bloody gash,
a malignant force, masquerading as Light
of corruptible hearts, beasts out of sight!

Through pleasant meadows they slither and soft hiss
pushing down nubile flowers as they go
they of dark, giver of serpentine kiss,
sowers of blackest curse that hatred grows,
a malignant force, masquerading as Light
of corruptible hearts, beasts out of sight!

Rhyme, ( The Dark Disciples Of World's Cancerous Decrees )

Note: A poetic summation of those people that seek to
spread misery, pain, sorrow and injure others by way
of unwarranted attacks upon unsuspecting poetic souls.
Serpents that live to injure others that they decide
to harm due to their own insecurity, hatred, and/or
ill-born and unfounded jealouses.
May God forgive, (because for now) I am fresh out of that tender fruit
myself.
( Que Dios perdone, ya que estoy recién salido de ese
 tierno fruto yo mismo. )

Note, this poem only names characters(as serpents) that actually behave as was described. Such serpents exist all across the globe and in every field of human existence. Not a single person has been called out by name... Any crying foul- are admitting guilt by complaining, imho....

This is a great write, Robert. I agree 100% with your thoughts and the thoughts of both T.J and Tom. This site should be rid of the evil doer's and the pests that cause harm and conflict with fellow poets. These bigots have no couth whatsoever. Personally, I have yet to see one say bad remarks to myself or to others, but I know they are out there. Just a shrug of a shoulder is all these people are worth, life is too short to waste time on such ruthless individuals. I hope all is well with you my dear friend. All the very best. Charlie

This is a site dedicated to reading and writing poetry. It is not a site to launch personal attacks on others or belittle their work be it blogs or poetry. We are all aware that that this site has trolls and those who are out to cause trouble whilst hiding behind their screens. They are not welcome here and soup should get rid of these people masquerading as poets. Well written Robert, I stand with you. Tom

Thank you my friend. Your words are true and your wisdom quite valid. We need more supportive and generous fellowship here and far less hidden, and/or cleverly veiled animosity, imho. God bless...
