This Tiny Life

This tiny LIFE

It is only a tiny LIFE,
A LIFE of God's design;
I cannot unfold this LIFE
With my own ways.
The secret of unfolding LIFE
Is not known to a person as I.
GOD opens this LIFE so wonderfully,
But in my hands it fades and dies.
If I cannot see in my LIFE,
The love that God has for me
Then how can I think I have wisdom
To unfold this life of mine?
So I'll trust in Him for God guides me
Each moment of every day.
I will look to him for where to go
Each step of my pilgrims way.
The path that lies before me,
Only my Heavenly Father knows.
I'll trust Him to unfold each moment,
Just as He unfolds the flowers

All we can do sometimes is "wait upon the Lord", trusting the unknowable. God bless you, Rev !
