This Little Prayer
What I have always said before, being so true in every day
How often You have restored, in so doing what You have said
In every turn that I take You were always awaiting my return
Forgiving every mistake as You continually taught me to learn
Your Power beyond what we can know Your pure Love on display
Helping me to grow often carrying me in the most comforting way
I have fallen soo many’s times I am so undeserving of Your Grace
A life so full of pathetic rhymes I’m often ashamed to show my face
And yet there Your Blessings would be lifting me again off the ground
Healing my deep worrisome pain releasing the long chains that bound
And yet I again begin to slip and slide turning my back on Your Way
I can only imagine You sighed , yet You Bless me with another day
To see the sea and Your Galaxy
and to know that You are there
From all sin I must flee make it too much for my soul to bare
I praise You for each and every thing
and don’t even know what to say
And so to You Lord this I now bring
This little prayer that I do pray
