This Is Who I Am
l'm laughing when I want to cry.
I'm strong but easily get wounded.
I'm quite when it's time to fight.
I'm choosy when there is goal in sight.
.
I hate false promises and lies.
Don't like procrastinators either.
I value actions over words,
And scrutinizing myself also.
Escape reality in dreams.
Forgetting when it's hard forgiving.
Love, sadness - I have memory for both,
But I may *show* it as off.
.
Don't like attacks to my address.
Don't know if it's being Russian.
But sense of humor is my friend,
So, you can cover it by joking.
.
I can be trusted. I don't lie.
But I am easily trusting.
Thus, am naive, but I am wise.
So, outer shell can not be busted.
.
I am polite, but speak my mind,
So, maybe many got offended.
Surrounded by friends, but many times
I feel alone, without being comprehended.
.
I break and build, I love and make mistakes.
But as I fall - get up, learn, getting stronger.
I stand by promise. no matter what.
So been in storms, but my respect is only longer.
.
My achievements maybe not so great,
But my experience is super.
So my capacity to get, to value honesty and such,
Can run surprisingly much deeper.
.
I'm not pretending to be king,
Prince charming, rich or pretty dove.
I'm complicated and complex.
But I can give and I can Love.
