This Is the Season

This Is The Season

We never thought
that we could see a day like this
When the whole world is stopped
and shutdown, but it is
How could a virus
Cause so much change
when we have to do things different
and our whole life is arranged

This is the season
When God has pushed the re- set button
and the whole world has paused
God can use this time 
to speak to the world
and get it's attention, because

For so long the nations have
pushed God so far away
that His voice is hardly heard
We have taken Him out of our schools
and out of our homes, 
not repenting and allowing
the Speckled Bird
With all of the broken homes
and the children have went astray
No one will teach them about the Bible
so the family has fallen away

But look, now is our time
to put all distractions away
we all are quarantined, let's listen
to what God is saying to us today

“ Come back to me my  people,
Draw near to me, I say
the time is drawing near
But, you must not fear, but pray
I Am doing a new thing
in the world today
I'm getting everyone's attention
in this unusual way


Soon, I'll be returning
to take My church away
Will you be ready
For that Great Wedding Day?

So, please do not let
these distractions draw you away
but seek Me with all of your heart
Do not push me away
But, get ready, dressed and pray”
