Notes About The Poem

This Ditty

In limerick form is this ditty,

A rhyme not sublime, but it’s witty.

I’m a Word Warrior who

Kicks a rhyme like Kung-fu.

Don’t HAI-ku me. It won’t be pretty!

(For Rhyme Battle Round 5)
and now for the N/A Contest

I most certainly shall NOT HAI-ku you and I SURELY have no inclination to get Kung-fued by you either, Madame Word Warrior-Sonnet Queen-Limerick Master-Fine Footler Friend...I THINK I entered this but my rhyme sucked...I'll probably finish 36th if I'm lucky...Funny stuff my friend! - Tim

You are amazing and so funny! Time warp here, I just heard the song Kung Fu Fighting playing in my head, only instead of "their feet", they were singing "their pens were fast as lightning"
