This Day

This day_
Given by God, twenty- four hours
Given to you and me
Precious time allotment
Time slowly flows
Through the hourglass

Birds __
Sing praise on this day
Pines sigh a song
In the morn's breeze
Praise floats along
This day

This is the day_
Athems ring and I will rejoice
Glad for the gift of time
Graced by God's countenance
His light covers me
He is my strength

Rejoice, rejoice_
All the day, rejoice
In the morning rejoice
At noonday sing praise
When twilight calls 
Rejoice, rejoice

Strength_
God's grace and love overflow
I will delight in this day
In the name of Jesus
Rejoice, rejoice
This is His day!
