This Child
This Child believes in magic.
Peeking through the curtains of lace
You see a small innocent picture perfect
Little face.
She 's terrific
Far from being common place.
A realistic
Who wants to interface.
Don't be a critic
When she tells you about the small person
With wings that was sitting on her window
Sill who she was talking to is from another
Place.
Don't be a skeptic
This is what makes her world so fantastic.
Children are unique and special.
Many magical
Things are drawn to them. In case
You didn't know they can understand the dialect
Which gives them that rare connect
To magic, frolic,
And the intellect
Of logic.
