This, a little fiction tested You and I Not we. Like crows other watching other But I was sure You had the name of Someone I loved . Frost clung To your air As Furtive Words Saints and angels Fell from your mouth Climbing Along Dusty fault lines to where the heart draws trauma And My body Winter At that moment In one breath I lost nothing I lost everything.
