Thinking of Dr King

He was gunned down
as were many in the public eye
He was murdered
    and his legacy
must sustain us
   There are few
with such courage
Unfortunately . there are
   few able to
  be free from bigotry
I, myself have found myself
full of hatred for those
who look or believe differently from me
But I struggle to fight off those feelings
   Hope you do too
Brothers and sisters

A very thought provoking write Matthew, as you suggest do we advocate complete acceptence of all different lifestyles??? is that the path of enligtenment? or is there more freedom from control..'specially self-control? do i make someone else's life more tolerable by checking my anger for instance.? or should we indulge an allowing those with homicidal tendancy free reign 'to express themselves' no i think not..'

come to find out his first name was Michael. to me this is important because as a christian rumor has it that Michael is the gardian angel of the jews. or even The Angel of the Lord. but then it became Martin Luther. you know who that was. but maybe not he was also a huge name in christianity. and last name King. put all that together and it has to mean something. all the great prophets become martyars and King was no different. a crusification for our time.

I have never felt hatred for any groups of people. Sometimes scared of some of them though. Good tribute for MLK. Let's keep praying for peace,Matt.
