Thinking Back - Childhood Thoughts

My first memory is of a little, yellow house, Just a few blocks away from the school playground. I was only three or four, so whenever I’d go out One of my older brothers would have to be around. Soon, we moved to a huge house in another small town. If I had to, I could rebuild that house from memory. I think about those days when I’m feeling a little down And people like my babysitters, Dena and Kathy. I remember old-man Butch, who only had one eye, And my best friend Chad who shared my birthday. There was my brother’s friend Michael, who was a little bit shy. And the twins, Doug and Jeff, were always ready to play.
