Thinking

I can't sleep.
I toss and turn all night;
But I can't stop
Thinking about you.
About how you seemed to
Care so much,
Then care so little
Like an extinguished candle.
I can't stop
Thinking about you.
About how you're avoiding me,
Avoiding my questions,
Avoiding my feelings
And not giving me answers.
This can't keep happening;
I can't keep losing sleep over you.
It has to stop,
This late night thinking,
Though I know it won't
Because I just can't seem
To get a hold of myself,
I can't stop thinking about you.
