Think, Before You Throw Away

I have a great idea. Do you know all of these big business fat cats, roaming around in their two thousand, three or even maybe five thousand tailor made suits? I think what they SHOULD do instead of wasting their money, throwing it away to gigantic corporations, that, in my mind, think they don't need, try what is best to the world, is write an enormous check and send it to places, like Ethiopia, or even Africa. Why is it that they can't think, before they throw away? Are they so stupid and blind to the point, that they can't think, with their pea-sized brains, that places like this don't exist on this Earth? I would like to walk up to them, slap them upside their fat heads and scream out, "Are you stupid? Why do you have to waste money, that can be spent on something a little more important, than something that truly is not?" "Why not sit down and write a big fat check, to those whom desperately need it the most?" "There are people that are starving in this world, that could, no, would love to have the money that you idiots have." "Why can't you sit back and think of what you are doing?" I wouldn't even wait for an explanation or an answer. I know they don't give a living crap about what truly is going on around them. So, my honest advice to those that waste is..... Think, before you throw away. Stop living with your eyes tightly closed shut. Give to those, who can really use what you throw away. Copyright © Cynthia Jones Mar.15/2008 I know this isn't poetry. I guess you could call it a rant. I was watching a documentary and had to write this. It irritates me to no end, to know how much money these people waste.
