Things That Mean Nothing

Subsequently I lead you nowhere. With no reasons that could possibly compare. We kill time. We kill ourselves. Leading us with blinded eyes. Hidden behind the wall. Paint dries. Receiving the unwanted call. The doors slam in my face. Staring at me, quicken your pace. Nonsense words. Black and gold. Jasper of a second degree. Obscured treason. Following a false decree. Following because it's easier than an open lesion. Sparkling without any shine. Keeping in step but out of line. Gracefully fallen and trashed. Torn and fully burnt. Mumblings of a careful paramour. Never to get caught. Been through this before. Remembering everything that was taught.
