They Don'T Understand

they don't understand

my soul don't belong
to them

cos they don't want
my existence

my memories provoke
their mind

despite I live among
them

am still a stranger
with no change

a limit they will never
dear to change

I wish it was the other
way around

cos I will teach them
what they don't wish
in their ignorance

I will draw them
closer to humanity

light up their dead
love so they can see
what life is as it is now

they don't understand
