They Apologize

They cant deny the lies.
So they apologize.
They got in trouble so the boss severed ties.
They're sorry they made you cry.

They didn't mean to hurt you.
Its true, is there anything they can do.
They know their apology is way overdue.

They didn't mean to say those racist things.
Words are sharp, they have got to sting.
They will offer you some money, Ka-Ching!

They're sorry they touched you there, it was wrong.
But you knew it was the only way they would play your song.
You had no choice but to play along.

Nobody blames you for selling your body.
Even though it was kind of naughty.
Its not your fault for being such a hotty.

It doesn't matter if you are straight or gay.
As long as they say they're sorry it will be okay.
Your supposed to forgive them and go away.
That's the world we live in TODAY!
