This is my first attempt at this form. I'm not sure if I got it right.

when you left me you took my heart too tell me, am I alive * This form consist of 3 lines 4 5 6, Ending with a question. 1-26-17 Alexis Y.

I have never seen this form before but now I have and you have written this so wonderfully. Wow, Alexis, this one tears at the heart, you have put so much feeling and emotion into three short but powerful lines. This one blew me away.
