The poem consists of the phrase 'there is a poem in my heart' in 11 different languages.

German, French, Portuguese, Chinese, Urdu/Hindi, Polish, Romanian, Norwegian, Greek, Ukranian, Chuukese.

Just a note to say thank you for all the mesages, I am fine.  Very busy with garden and other projects and finally have built a shelter for my bunnies.  They love it!

Sorry have not had time to read and comment nor reply.  Hopefully back to normal soon.

There is a poem in my heart, that beats in different dialects. Da ist ein Gedicht in meinem Herzen, which flows freely through my veins. Il y à un poème dans mon cœur, that tickles the tip of my tongue. Existe um poema no meu coração, which dances with a million sighs. Wo xinzhong, youyi shou shi, that is suppressed by emotionless expression. Mery dil mein bi aik nazam hai, silent, as it cannot be heard through speech. Jest wiersz w moim sercu, unwritten, as it cannot be read through words. Am o poezie in inima mea, that hides behind a dynasty of lyrics. Det er et dikt i mitt hjerte, which only serenades internal chambers. Yparxei ena poihma sthn kardia mou, that conducts symphonies with my mind. V moemy serzi jyve poezia, which may never be understood. Mei wor echo kèn non ngasangasei, that whispers words for my beloved. There is a poem in my heart, because my heart is a poem.

A fave before I even read it. It is a masterpiece! Writing that powerful line dissolved like your essence in 11 different languages is amazing. My heart melts as I read the Hindi line, and those I could understand. Visiting your page on PS is my new soothing lullaby. Glad you exist and write over here :)

The heart truly speaks a language all of its own and is sometimes a foreign language to even ourselves...glad your so in touch with yours...lovely from intro to close the way you tied it all together...so many can relate no matter what language their hearts may speak...enjoyable read although my pronunciation of some of these languages I certainly didn't do them any justice lol...best wishes

You beautifully expressed what inspiration does once it comes to life. It has a power that can not be stopped, tamed, hidden, or changed. But then again it is private as well. Once it is expressed the power continues to touch and inspire others as well. What a privilege to have a poetic mind and heart. I loved this. Thank you.
